About the position

The Sales Representative position at Turlock Costco involves promoting and selling nutritional supplements while providing excellent customer service. Representatives will be trained to demonstrate product features and benefits, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales goals and earning commissions.

Responsibilities

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Fully adhere to Direct Demo, CDS, and Costco policies as they may be amended from time to time.
• Inventory tracking, reporting, and maintenance.
• Product display maintenance.
• Regularly check for messages concerning scheduling and other communication from your manager.
• Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
• Lift and carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials as needed.
• Stand for extended periods of time and work independently without direct supervision.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.
