Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures primarily focused on hand surgery.
- Manage patient care in both the operating room and clinic settings.
- Collaborate with an experienced Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant from Day 1.
- Optionally incorporate 30-40% of Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery into practice.
- Participate in a flat hierarchy with equal voice among partners.
Requirements
- Board certification in Hand Surgery or relevant specialty.
- Experience in managing a surgical practice or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Fellowship training in Hand Surgery or related fields.
