About the position

We are looking for energetic, positive individuals to work as tutors, referred to as Clinicians, in a Lindamood-Bell® Learning Center. Join us as we teach students of all ages to read and comprehend to their potential! This position is part-time and requires availability Monday through Friday, with the Learning Center operating from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The part-time tutor position is not remote, and all necessary technical equipment and program materials will be provided. Prior teaching experience is optional, and we offer paid training in the programs used by Lindamood-Bell. Internship credits may also be available for those who qualify. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group instruction, either in-person or online, implementing specific lesson plans under the direction of Learning Center leadership. You will facilitate the use of the curriculum provided for Lindamood-Bell Academy students and interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to create a safe and positive learning environment. Additionally, you will manage client records, both handwritten and electronic, and record notes about student performance while leading engaging sessions. Requirements

• Associate's degree, Early Childhood Education certificate, Bachelor's degree, or actively pursuing a degree is required.
• Possess excellent reading, spelling, and comprehension skills.
• Possess basic computer skills.
