The Non-Commissioned Security Officer position at Treston Security involves providing security services during special events. Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites.
• Make periodic patrols to check for irregularities and inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
• Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for the site.
• Control access to client sites or facilities through the admittance process.
• Patrol assigned sites on foot or in a vehicle, checking for unsafe conditions and security violations.
• Protect evidence or scenes of incidents during emergencies or investigations.
• Respond to incidents such as fire, medical emergencies, and hazardous materials.
• Prepare logs and reports as required.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid Level II Non-Commissioned Officer guard card.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English is required.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain professional composure.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year of security experience (preferred).
