About the position

The position is for a senior or mid-level associate in the global Energy & Infrastructure team, focusing on large-scale transactions in the renewables sector and other energy transition technologies. The role involves advising clients on both domestic and cross-border matters, with a strong emphasis on U.S. domestic renewables such as solar, wind, and energy storage. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading U.S. renewables transactions and will have the opportunity to work in a busy and growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. renewables transactions and manage all aspects of project documents.
• Advise clients on domestic and cross-border energy transactions.
• Collaborate with team members on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.
• Engage in market-leading transactions covering various energy sectors including renewables, nuclear, and hydrogen.

Requirements

• U.S. J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar and/or D.C. Bar required.
• Background in U.S. domestic renewables, including solar, wind, energy storage, and alternative fuels.
• Experience as the lead associate on U.S. renewables transactions is a plus.
