About the position

The UAT Senior Analyst with ScriptMed Experience at Cognizant Technology Solutions is a permanent remote role focused on leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts within the healthcare domain, specifically utilizing the ScriptMed platform. The position involves overseeing UAT Analysts, defining testing processes and strategies, and ensuring the quality of deliverables while collaborating with project stakeholders. The role requires a strong background in quality assurance and healthcare, with a significant portion of time dedicated to executing UAT test cases and reporting on testing progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT Analysts and define process & strategy for testing.
• Plan work for team members and review all deliverables to ensure quality.
• Serve as a secondary Point of Contact for client's project manager & stakeholders regarding project status.
• Develop and execute UAT test cases for web applications ensuring they meet specified requirements.
• Use test metrics and reporting tools to track and communicate testing progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / User Acceptance Testing.
• Expertise in the Healthcare domain, specifically with ScriptMed Cloud / ScriptMed Enterprise platform.
• Experience in Requirement Analysis and authoring UAT test artifacts.
• Proficient in configuring Test Management & Defect Management tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with project status reporting and risk identification.
• Knowledge of best practices for Test Design & Test Execution techniques.
