About the position

The UC Support Analyst role at AVI Systems involves providing remote support and troubleshooting for various technology solutions, focusing on enhancing customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The position requires a solid understanding of data networking concepts and experience with multiple operating systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support and troubleshooting for technology solutions.
• Assist customers in resolving issues across various applications including Windows, iOS, MAC, Android, and Linux.
• Understand and work with virtualized software such as VMware, Azure, and AWS.
• Read and interpret log files to diagnose issues.
• Support cloud-based video platforms like Zoom, TEAMS, and WebEx.
• Enhance customer experience by listening and empathizing with users to provide effective solutions.
• Engage in ongoing education and certification to stay updated in the field.

Requirements

• Previous experience in remote support and troubleshooting of technology solutions.
• Knowledge of data networking concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot across multiple operating systems and applications.
• Understanding of virtualized software such as VMware, Azure, and AWS.
• Experience with cloud-based video platforms is a plus.
• Ability to create a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Nice-to-haves

• Key certifications such as AVIXA CTS, CCNA, Network +, and MCP are preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting AV and digital media technologies.
