This position involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop content strategies and producing high-quality video content that resonates with the audience across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging video content, including apartment tours, renter testimonials, and lifestyle content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies tailored to social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Stay on top of social media trends to create relevant and engaging content.
• Coordinate with apartment complexes to film tours.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator with a portfolio of engaging social media content.
• Strong video production and editing skills (experience with tools like CapCut, iMovie, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Comfortable being on camera and working in different environments (on-site filming).
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
