About the position

The UGC Content Creator will play a pivotal role in leveraging user-generated content to enhance brand messaging and community engagement for various clients, including an online social casino brand. This part-time position requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for social media trends to effectively curate and produce engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Content Curation and Moderation: Curate and moderate user-generated content to align with brand messaging.
• Content Ideation: Brainstorm creative ideas for social media that incorporate current trends.
• Scriptwriting: Write engaging scripts that effectively convey brand messages and captivate audiences.
• Video Production: Film high-quality product showcases that are visually appealing and on-brand.
• On-Camera Presence: Present and demonstrate products confidently on camera with a professional demeanor.
• Video Editing: Edit videos using CapCut and similar software, adding graphics and effects to enhance viewer engagement.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create UGC-based campaigns and contests that encourage audience participation.
• Content Strategy and Analytics: Analyze UGC performance on various platforms and optimize strategies based on engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media, content curation, or community management.
• On-camera hosting experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure engagement and inform UGC strategies.
