About the position

The UHOne Sales Enablement Co-op at UnitedHealthcare is a full-time internship designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree. This remote position offers hands-on experience in sales enablement, focusing on insurance solutions and call center operations. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insights into various tracks such as onboarding, training, and workforce management. The program aims to provide valuable networking opportunities and mentorship, with the potential for future employment at UnitedHealthOne.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, track, report and resolve critical dependency issues
  • Keep records and provide reports to management team on a regular & timely basis
  • Maintain and develop business relationships with internal and external partners
  • Utilize internal learning platforms and training resources to support use of software and technology
  • Generate weekly schedules
  • Schedule non-phone activities
  • Monitor attendance/schedule adherence and take appropriate action as needed
  • Proof-read and make recommendations for e-mails, reports and collateral materials
  • Special projects & ad hoc reporting as required
  • Active participation in team meetings and Co-op programming, including a culminating executive presentation

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university during the duration of the Co-op and seeking academic credit for the experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during full hours of operation, 8am - 10pm ET, based upon business need
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

  • Solid communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment
