About the position

The UI Architect / Developer role is focused on leading the design and architecture of user interfaces for various digital products. This position requires a strong background in UI/UX design and architecture, with an emphasis on creating consistent, usable, and high-performance interfaces. The role involves developing workstation frameworks, managing reusable design components, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of user interfaces across various digital products.
• Develop and implement workstation frameworks that support efficient and scalable UI development.
• Create and manage reusable design components and patterns that adhere to best practices and enhance user experience.
• Architect and oversee the development of front-office user interfaces, focusing on intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing designs.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design and architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in workstation frameworks and design systems.
• Expertise in creating and managing design components.
• Experience with front-office UI development.
• Proficiency in low-code UI development platforms.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
