Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user interfaces for healthcare-related applications such as EMRs and patient portals.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and healthcare professionals to translate user needs into functional front-end solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React framework.
• Ensure designs are implemented correctly by collaborating with UI/UX teams to follow design guidelines and best practices.
• Participate in front-end architecture and code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, keeping the user experience in mind.
• Work with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Proven experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience building user interfaces for healthcare applications, including EMRs and telemedicine platforms.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and their impact on design and development.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.
• Excellent collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with full-stack development, including back-end technologies (specifically, Python).
• Medical background or experience in a clinical environment.
