About the position

As the selected UI React Developer at Navitas, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components for both web and mobile applications. This position is centered around our flagship Prime engagement, where you will leverage your expertise in React to create dynamic and engaging user experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including the creation and maintenance of user interfaces for web applications and websites, ensuring that they are not only functional but also visually appealing and user-friendly. In this role, you will develop responsive interactive technology for dynamic web pages, which includes elements such as menu buttons and online forms. Testing and troubleshooting interface software will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to ensure that all components function seamlessly across various platforms. You will also be tasked with constructing visualizations that can effectively depict vast amounts of data, which is essential for providing users with meaningful insights. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use will be another critical aspect of your work, as this will enhance the efficiency of the development process. You will optimize components for maximum performance across a wide array of web-capable devices and browsers, ensuring that users have a consistent experience regardless of how they access the application. Collaboration will be vital in this role; you will work closely with other developer teams to discuss user interface applications and ideas, as well as with clients, web designers, and project managers to create strong and effective applications that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user interfaces for web applications and websites.
• Develop responsive interactive technology for dynamic web pages such as menu buttons, online forms, etc.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Highly proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Extensive knowledge of ReactJS, JSX, Babel, data structures, and algorithms a must.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Prior experience working on US government contracts.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technology solutions in a fast-paced in a deadline-driven enterprise environment.
• Self-starter, highly motivated individual who adapts to a dynamic work environment.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities.
• Related certifications demonstrating knowledge and abilities.
