About the position
The UI Developer position at Infosys focuses on translating software requirements into functional and maintainable solutions within existing application frameworks. Responsibilities
- Translate software requirements into working solutions within existing application frameworks.
- Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Capture accurate requirements and prioritize tasks with team members.
- Identify errors and make adjustments in a testing environment.
- Contribute to developing and adhering to best practices for scalable applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
- At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
- Experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, and NodeJS.
- Ability to connect with business teams and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Effective communication skills with multiple collaborators.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with application development and support.
- Sound knowledge of SQL, Advanced SQL, Stored Procedures, and Database design.
- Basic knowledge of Design patterns.
- Knowledge of DevOps processes and technologies (Jenkins, Cloudbee, Terraform, etc.).
- Exposure to Agile methodology of project execution.
