About the position

Genesis10 is seeking a UI Developer for a 12+ month contract position in the financial industry, specifically located in Jersey City, NJ, and Plano, TX. The role involves designing and developing scalable solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and participating in cross-functional training. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UI development, particularly with React and related frameworks, and will work efficiently within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Work on design and develop scalable solutions using efficient Design Patterns
• Identify improvement areas within the application and work to implement the same
• Ensure high quality levels in all deliverables
• Participate in mandatory training and cross functions across team
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and zeal to acquire domain knowledge
• Work efficiently in a matrix organization, with India and USA leadership
• Actively involved in process improvements and automations

Requirements

• B.E, B.Tech/MCA
• 7+ years of experience in UI development
• Strong hands-on experience with React, HTML5, Javascript, CSS3
• Hands-on experience of Web Application development using advanced HTML designing and Java scripting
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of banking domain, preferably Global Markets, Financial Risk, Treasury, etc.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns
• Adept in handling Non-functional requirements (performance, throughput, SLA, etc.)
• Excellent aesthetic capability with UX designing and development experience
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Good understanding of all aspects of the application like rendering huge datasets, fetching data using HTTP and authentication
• Flexibility in adapting to team requirements
