About the position

The UI Developer will work closely with the product team and technology leads to design and implement features for monitoring market conduct controls. This role involves building applications that detect market abuse and manage workflows, as well as improving team productivity through enhancements in CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the product team and technology leads to understand requirements and drive architecture and design of large features.
• Build applications that implement market conduct controls and detect market abuse, unauthorized trading, and supervision adequacy.
• Develop new features from the ground-up, including selecting the appropriate tech stack.
• Support existing features and improve team productivity by enhancing CI/CD processes, including automated testing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS.
• 5+ years of experience with Typescript.
• 5+ years of experience with client-side UI frameworks such as Angular/React.
• 5+ years of experience with JSON, REST, XML.
• 2+ years of experience using headless web containers such as Open Fin.
• Experience with test automation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing UI mock-ups using tools such as Figma.
• Familiarity with real-time UIs using web sockets.
• Familiarity with web servers like Apache Tomcat, IIS, nginx.
• Experience building supervisory controls tools.
• Experience in post-trade processing.
