About the position

Genesis10 is seeking a UI Developer for a 12+ month contract position in the financial industry, located in Jersey City, NJ and Plano, TX. The role involves designing and developing scalable solutions, ensuring high quality in deliverables, and participating in cross-functional training. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UI development, particularly with React and related frameworks, and will work efficiently in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Work on design and develop scalable solutions using efficient Design Patterns
• Identify improvement areas within the application and work to implement the same
• Ensure high quality levels in all deliverables
• Participate in mandatory training and cross functions across team
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and zeal to acquire domain knowledge
• Work efficiently in matrix organization, with India and USA leadership
• Actively involved in process improvements and automations

Requirements

• B.E, B.Tech/MCA
• 7+ years of experience
• React, HTML5, Javascript, CSS3
• Strong hands-on experience on React or related UI frameworks
• Hands-on experience of Web Application development using advanced HTML designing and Java scripting
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of banking domain preferably Global Markets, Financial Risk, Treasury, etc.
• Strong understanding of Design Pattern
• Adept in handling the Non-functional requirements (performance, throughput, SLA, etc.)
• Excellent aesthetic capability with UX designing and development experience
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Good understanding of all aspects of the application like rendering huge dataset, fetching data using HTTP and authentication
• Flexibility in adapting to team requirements
