About the position

Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a UI Developer. The UI Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement user-friendly interfaces for web applications. This role involves developing and maintaining responsive web applications using React and Angular frameworks. The UI Developer will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Additionally, the developer will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of applications. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve user experience is also a key responsibility of this position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement user-friendly interfaces for web applications.
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and Angular frameworks.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI Developer.
• Strong proficiency in both React and Angular frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the utility industry or with energy-related applications.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
