About the position

The UiPath Automation Engineer will work with advanced technology to deliver high-quality automation solutions across various industries. This role involves assessing business processes for RPA technology applications, designing and deploying software robots to enhance efficiency, and performing hands-on delivery of data analytics projects focused on process automation. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement best-in-class automation (RPA) solutions and data ingestion strategies.
  • Listen to client needs to align solutions with business requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Create written functional and technical designs.
  • Participate in project status meetings and assist with providing aggregated project status.
  • Assist with SLA compliance and perform performance tuning of solutions.
  • Prepare solution design documents and develop frameworks for automating scripting-based processes.
  • Create reusable workflows and library components to reduce development time.
  • Deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure deliverables with broad impact.
  • Assist with the implementation of governance programs and best practices.
  • Perform data cleaning and transformation from source systems into analytics models.
  • Implement models to support data visualizations and integrations.
  • Assist with implementing DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps methodologies.
  • Assist project managers with work breakdown structure creation and project estimation.
  • Assist clients with licensing, security, and cost estimation of solutions.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Work directly with clients to establish secure data analytics platforms.
  • Contribute to successful deployments of developed solutions and integration of DevOps tools.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of process automation and data analytics strategies.
  • Build client relationships during project execution.
  • Participate in support activities for existing software solutions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Systems, Data Science, or Computer Science.
  • Five or more years of experience in Process Automation, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Application Development required.
  • One or more years of experience technically leading development projects preferred.
  • One or more years of consulting experience or implementation of cloud-based data analytics solutions preferred.
  • One or more years of experience with RPA, automation, Power Automate, or UiPath Development preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, delivering, and managing automation solutions preferred.
  • Experience with UiPath Platform, Microsoft Power Platform, and other automation tools required.
  • Strong SQL skills including DDL, DML, views, functions, and performance tuning required.
  • Experience with C#, VB, Java, or Python required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, or Star Schema Construction preferred.
  • Hands-on delivery experience of end-to-end cloud data analytics solutions within Azure or AWS preferred.
  • Experience with Git and DevOps deployment technologies preferred.
  • Experience with Linux preferred.
  • Experience with AI Algorithms/Machine Learning or IoT preferred.
