About the position

The UI Path Developer at Kforce Inc. is responsible for maintaining and supporting existing UiPath automation processes, engaging with business process owners on automation projects, and ensuring timely execution of RPA processes. The role also involves providing ERP system support and analyzing procedures to recommend changes for improved efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support all existing UiPath's automation processes
  • Actively engage with business process owners on automation projects
  • Code, test, debug, program, and document Process Automation (Lifecycle)
  • Ensure all RPA processes are timely executed every day
  • Communicate with users to find solutions to cases
  • Analyze procedures and problems to recommend changes and automation to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
  • UiPath Automation Developer certification
  • Two (2) years of experience with at least one software development methodology like Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, etc.
  • ERP system experience (QAD and Hyperion)
  • MS SQL and Progress Database experience
  • Solid understanding of the UiPath product
  • Experience with change management regarding people, processes, and automation technologies
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate business strategy and objectives, current business processes and challenges
