About the position

The UI Path Developer position at Kforce involves maintaining and supporting existing UiPath automation processes while actively engaging with business process owners on various automation projects. The role requires coding, testing, debugging, and documenting process automation throughout its lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of RPA processes. Additionally, the developer will provide ERP system support by communicating with users to resolve cases and analyzing procedures to recommend changes that enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support all existing UiPath's automation processes
• Actively engage with business process owners on automation projects
• Code, test, debug, program, and document Process Automation (Lifecycle)
• Ensure all RPA processes are timely executed every day
• Communicate with users to find solutions to cases
• Analyze procedures and problems to recommend changes and automation to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
• UiPath Automation Developer certification
• Two (2) years of experience with at least one software development methodology such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, etc.
• ERP system experience (QAD and Hyperion)
• MS SQL and Progress Database experience
• Solid understanding of the UiPath product
• Experience with change management regarding people, processes, and automation technologies
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and communicate business strategy and objectives, current business processes and challenges, and how information flows and changes through the business
