About the position

The UI Path Developer position at Incyte Corporation involves developing and configuring new automations and maintaining existing bots using RPA UiPath. The role requires collaboration with offshore teams and supports the overall software production schedules for assigned projects. This is a hybrid position based in Chadds Ford, PA or Wilmington, Delaware, requiring 2 to 3 days of in-office work each week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure new automations using RPA UiPath.
• Maintain existing bots ensuring they are efficient and well-structured.
• Coordinate and support offshore teams in software production schedules.
• Assist in software development, coding, testing, and debugging.
• Implement bots into production environments.
• Assist with test case development and unit testing for various automations.
• Support existing production automations and implement revisions.
• Assist in the analysis and documentation of requirements and design artifacts.
• Maintain documentation in the context of a change management process.
• Work as part of a team to resolve technical issues using approved methodologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in UiPath for RPA development.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming language.
• Experience in software development, coding, testing, and debugging.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with PowerBI tool.
