About the position

The UI Path/RPA Developer at 3SG Plus is a full-time hybrid role focused on enhancing State government IT and digital services through Robotics Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will be passionate about tackling new challenges and improving service delivery. This position involves designing, configuring, and deploying RPA solutions, as well as mentoring junior developers and collaborating with various stakeholders across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the design, configuration, and deployment of advanced and moderately complex RPA solutions.
• Responsible for developing complex SQL queries.
• Responsible for deliverables of RPA projects.
• Assists in developing requirements.
• Supports testing, implementation, and break-fix tasks associated with business automations.
• Supports the development of documentation of technical workflows and systems designs and verifies against user requirements.
• Learns new technical concepts and software languages as needed.
• Handles implementation of typically more than one IT project.
• Utilizes all sources of information to conduct research and data collection using various procedures; verifies and validates data collected; analyzes, synthesizes, and summarizes data to draw conclusions.
• Gains knowledge of defined business and technical processes and their impact on the work product being developed/enhanced.
• Provides mentoring and addresses questions of UiPath RPA BOT developers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of RPA bot development/implementation experience using the UI Path Platform.
• 5+ years experience in development methodologies, database & systems architecture concepts.
• Experience developing complex SQL queries.
• Understanding of programming design and coding techniques.
• Experience with the development, implementation, and integration of APIs.
• Advanced experience in design, development, testing, and implementation of UI Path RPA solutions.
• Background in utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with systems development life cycle.
• Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
• Experience with establishing RPA Center of Excellence.
• Experience managing technology programs/projects.
• Experience implementing solutions in cloud/hosted environments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
• Experience with .Net Framework - C#, JAVA, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively in analyzing problems and propose practical solutions.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Experience in analyzing entire business functions, including data, goals, process, organization to assist stakeholders in developing their strategic goals.
