About the position

The UI Path RPA Developer role involves developing and configuring new automations and maintaining existing bots using RPA UiPath. The position requires collaboration with offshore teams and managing software production schedules for assigned projects. The developer will assist in software development tasks, including coding, testing, and debugging, while ensuring that the automations are efficient, well-structured, and maintainable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure new automations using RPA UiPath.
• Maintain existing bots and ensure their efficiency and structure.
• Coordinate and support offshore teams in software production schedules.
• Assist in software development, coding, testing, and debugging of bots.
• Implement bots into production environments.
• Assist with test case development and unit testing for various automations.
• Support existing production automations and implement revisions as needed.
• Assist in the analysis and documentation of requirements and design artifacts.
• Maintain documentation in the context of a change management process.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Prior work experience with logistics industry (e.g., Maersk, FedEx, UPS, XPO, Mayflower) is required.
• Experience in developing and configuring automations using RPA UiPath.
• Strong understanding of core workflow principles in RPA development.
• Ability to assist in software development tasks including coding, testing, and debugging.
