About the position

The UI/UX and Web Designer at All Seniors Foundation will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of the organization's websites and developing a new brand identity. This position focuses on creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with the foundation's mission to improve the quality of life for seniors. The designer will work collaboratively with developers and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop UI/UX designs for existing and new websites for All Seniors Foundation.
• Create visual designs, including page layouts, graphics, fonts, and color schemes.
• Design a brand identity for our new brand, including logos, brand guidelines, and marketing materials.
• Oversee the entire design process, from user experience research to final design implementation.
• Collaborate closely with developers and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into products.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a UI/UX and Web Designer.
• A portfolio of successful web design and user interface projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others.
• Experience with brand creation and marketing materials.
• Understanding of modern web design principles, including responsive design and accessibility.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
