• Contribute to the design and definition of features based on user research to ensure high-quality design deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in User Experience design.
• UX program specific certification is required.
• Master's degree with 3+ years' experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in design tools, particularly FIGMA.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with multiple data streams.
• Knowledge of component management and condition monitoring.
• Experience in enterprise B2B environments rather than customer-facing tools.
