About the position

The UI/UX Designer and Developer will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences for frontend web applications and dynamic enterprise systems. This position involves collaborating with various departments to build user-centric web applications, providing creative vision, and serving as the main point of contact for the user experience journey. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, ensuring that the design process aligns with development needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-centric web applications and interactive reports.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement UI designs using JavaScript and Material UI.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Interact with stakeholders to understand their needs and create personas and journey maps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design using tools like Figma, InDesign, or Adobe XD.
• 2+ years of professional experience in UI Development with React, JavaScript, or Material UI.
• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and journey maps.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
