We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a mid-level designer, you will work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and functional digital experiences. You will play a key role in designing user interfaces for web and dashboard applications, improving usability, and ensuring that the user experience is seamless and intuitive. Key Responsibilities: User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and user needs. User Experience Research: Conduct user research, including surveys, user interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive (clickable) prototypes to communicate design concepts and functionality. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, and stakeholders) to define product requirements and iterate on designs. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to identify pain points and gather feedback for continuous design improvement. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. User-Centered Design: Advocate for the user by keeping their needs at the forefront of the design process and ensuring that designs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with best practices. Quality Assurance: Review final designs for technical feasibility and work with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and pixel-perfect implementation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with exposure to both web and dashboard platforms. Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Sketch, or other relevant design software. Knowledge of prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of design skills, including UI design, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design. Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and developers. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design consistency and visual aesthetics. Travel: Ability to travel domestically up to 20% Location: Atlanta or Dallas, preferred Preferred Skills: Experience with design systems and component libraries. Experience designing and utilizing UI style guide for High Fidelity Prototypes is a plus Experience designing for WCAG AA (accessibility) compliance is a plus Familiarity with front-end development (React, Tableau, PowerBI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate communication with development teams. Experience with conducting or analyzing usability testing. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
