Site Impact is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our Centrifi product team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our new SaaS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions. As a UI/UX Designer, you will lead user research initiatives, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to deeply understand user needs and goals. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to define project goals and prioritize features for a compelling SaaS product. You will design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles, creating robust user journeys that improve adoption and usage. This includes focusing on intuitive onboarding, early value delivery, ease of use, and reducing friction points. You will develop clickable prototypes to gather user feedback and refine both designs and the user journey itself. Additionally, you will create and maintain a design system emphasizing reusable components, rapid iteration, and scalability, ensuring that the interfaces you build can easily adapt to new features, user segments, and evolving user journeys as the product scales. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions, and with marketing to ensure seamless UI/UX design across the website, landing pages, and user acquisition funnels. You will also create robust and industry-standard design documentation to facilitate smooth development handoff and maintain design consistency. Analyzing user feedback, metrics, and A/B testing results will be essential to continuously refine user experiences and designs for increased adoption and usage. Staying up to date on design trends, particularly those enhancing user onboarding, engagement, and retention in SaaS products, will be part of your ongoing responsibilities.
