About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with experience in the fashion or retail industry to craft seamless, engaging digital experiences for our brand. This role focuses on optimizing the customer journey across digital platforms, driving both usability and conversion, while ensuring consistency with our brand's visual identity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design visually compelling interfaces that elevate our online presence and reflect our brand's aesthetic.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and business objectives.
  • Design visually compelling user interfaces for the website and other digital platforms.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools.
  • Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and refine designs.
  • Perform UX research to develop personas, journey maps, and insights.
  • Maintain and evolve digital design guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating the design process and alignment with user needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in e-commerce, fashion, UX design, and technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in UX/UI design, preferably for consumer-facing digital products within the retail or fashion industries.
  • Strong knowledge of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Deep understanding of user-centered and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
