About the position

The UI/UX Designer position involves collaborating with a high-quality design group within the customer's digital department. The role is contract-based and operates with a start-up mentality, focusing on innovative digital solutions. The designer will be responsible for taking digital solutions from concept to market while advocating for user needs and ensuring high-quality design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps) and tools to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints.
• Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in User Experience or a UX program specific certification.
• Experience in UI/UX design (3 years required).
• Proficiency in Figma (2 years required), Adobe XD (3 years required), and Sketch (3 years required).
• Experience with user interviews, surveys, and usability testing (3 years required).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in working with multiple data streams.
• Knowledge of component management and condition monitoring.
• Enterprise-related experience, not e-commerce.
• Experience with enterprise B2B tools, not customer-facing tools.
