About the position

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team in San Diego, CA. This full-time position involves transforming ideas into intuitive designs and functional prototypes for our iPhone and Android apps, as well as our web platform. The designer will collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers to create impactful user experiences, ensuring that design solutions meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, in-office environment.
