About the position

The UI UX Designer role is focused on creating user-centered designs that enhance the user experience across various digital platforms. This position requires a strong proficiency in design tools and a solid understanding of design principles to effectively communicate ideas through wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the final product meets user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure design solutions meet user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes that align with user-centered design principles.
• Maintain a strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in user-centered design and visual design.

Requirements

• Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Data, ERPs, Chatbot, AI, and Visual design.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud.
