About the position
CSG is looking for a UI/UX Designer who will collaborate with the product team on UI/UX design for FSM platform apps. The role involves developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas, designing visual elements like graphics and icons for the app and marketing materials, and conducting user research and usability testing to improve designs. The designer will ensure design consistency with FSM and CSG branding, work with developers and QA to ensure design feasibility and support implementation, and keep up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team on UI/UX design for FSM platform apps.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Design visual elements like graphics and icons for the app and marketing materials.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.
- Ensure design consistency with FSM and CSG branding.
- Work with developers and QA to ensure design feasibility and support implementation.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of design experience, specifically in UI/UX.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with mobile design guidelines.
- Familiarity with agile processes like Scrum and experience in design within software development environments.
- Proficiency in English in a business environment.
