About the position

As a UI/UX Designer at HelloGov AI, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of the brand across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create engaging designs that enhance customer experience. Responsibilities

• Assist in creating design content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Support the development of user interface designs for AI-driven applications using the brand style and design system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with the brand's messaging and goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance design strategies.
• Maintain consistency in style and branding across all design projects.
• Incorporate feedback from senior designers and product team to improve designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design skills.

Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with Figma to create UX, UI, and graphic design.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
