About the position

We are seeking multiple UX/UI Designers for a fast-growing, brand-name hospitality company in Miami. This role will be onsite Monday - Friday in a beautiful new office space, focusing on designing and prototyping user interfaces for web and mobile applications to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
• Present designs to our product owners, engineering, and marketing teams for feedback.
• Create work tickets via Jira with defining requirements around your designs.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years professional experience in the software/design/digital world with proven track record.
• Strong UI/UX portfolio including designs, wireframes and/or interactive prototypes.
• Proven experience in translating user experience needs into intuitive, engaging user interfaces.
• Experience with mobile UI standards, usability, and practical experience in design and development of user interfaces for mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Solid understanding of usability principles and best practices in interaction design.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs is preferred.
