About the position

The UI/UX Designer will work within a high-quality design group, collaborating closely with the customer's digital department. This role emphasizes a supportive team environment and operates with a start-up mentality, focusing on innovative digital solutions from concept to market.

Responsibilities

• Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps) and tools to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs while considering business goals and technical constraints.
• Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery and ensure high quality of design deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in User Experience or equivalent, with a UX program specific certification.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to produce both conceptual and production-ready designs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in working with multiple data streams.
• Knowledge of component management and condition monitoring.
• Enterprise-related experience, particularly in B2B contexts rather than e-commerce.
