About the position

The UI/UX Designer will work within a high-quality design group in the customer's digital department, contributing to innovative projects with a start-up mentality. This role involves taking digital solutions from concept to market, advocating for user needs, and ensuring high-quality design deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

• Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps) and tools to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints.
• Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent (3+ years' experience in User Experience) or equivalent, with a UX program specific certification.
• Masters degree with 3+ years' experience.
• Experience in UI/UX (3 years of experience required).
• Proficiency in Figma (2 years of experience required).
• Experience with Adobe XD (3 years of experience required).
• Experience with Sketch (3 years of experience required).
• Experience in conducting User Interviews and Surveys (3 years of experience required).
• Experience in Usability Testing (3 years of experience required).
• Experience in creating Sitemaps (3 years of experience required).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in working with multiple data streams.
• Knowledge of component management and condition monitoring.
• Enterprise-related experience, not e-commerce.
• Experience with enterprise B2B tools, not customer-facing tools.
