About the position

Delmock Technologies Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Designer to enhance user experience and usability for federal clients through innovative design solutions. The role involves collaborating with UX researchers and developers to create intuitive user interfaces and ensure design consistency across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with UX researchers to understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
• Develops wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions.
• Creates intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and usability.
• Ensures designs are accessible, responsive, and comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Iterates on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input.
• Works closely with developers to implement design specifications and maintain design consistency across products and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in user interface design for web, mobile, or desktop applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and visual aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and development teams.
• Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) Clearance.
