About the position

The Senior UX/UI Designer at PurpleFly Solutions will be responsible for unpacking complex problems and delivering engaging digital content across various platforms. This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and a strong focus on user-centered design principles to create effective and visually appealing user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Unpack ambiguous problems and absorb insights about the business and its users.
• Design, test, and deliver usable content across digital touchpoints such as microsites, landing pages, and tools.
• Collaborate with product management, research, visual design, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Articulate design choices and rationale tailored to different audiences.
• Work with design systems, leveraging existing patterns and innovating new concepts.
• Elevate team quality through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Scope and prioritize work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methods and principles.
• Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping.
• Experience working in scrum/agile environments and with developers.
• Well-versed in accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with motion design skills.
• Familiarity with other design software.
• Experience in product design companies like Uber, Lyft, Amazon, or Apple.
