About the position

As a UI/UX Designer at Diverse Lynx LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, Development, and Product Management, to create visually appealing and user-friendly systems that prioritize usability and accessibility. Your design work will not only enhance the functionality of our applications but also contribute to the overall branding and marketing efforts by designing support pages and promotional materials. You will be expected to incorporate subtle motion design elements to improve user interaction and communication within the application, ensuring a seamless experience for our users. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in designing enterprise applications to create and maintain design systems that are consistent and effective. Your proficiency in various design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote will be essential in bringing your ideas to life. You will also utilize motion design tools like Principle to enhance the visual storytelling of our applications. Clear communication of design concepts through sketches, comps, and written specifications will be crucial, as you will need to articulate your vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX, Development, and Product Management teams to design user-friendly systems.
• Incorporate motion design to enhance user communication and interaction.
• Design marketing and support pages to promote and support the solution.
• Create and maintain design systems for enterprise applications.
• Communicate design concepts effectively through sketches, comps, and specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in UI/UX design, including 2+ years designing enterprise applications.
• Strong command of visual communication principles such as typography, iconography, grid systems, and motion design.
• Experience in designing, maintaining, and implementing design systems.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote.
• Proficiency in motion design tools like Principle or similar non-Web-based tools.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
