Responsibilities

• Drive discovery, design, workflows, and usability testing activities.
• Conduct user research, including user interviews and usability testing.
• Create user journey maps.
• Translate complex research findings or user/business needs into actionable insights.
• Design enterprise-level applications.
• Utilize interaction design principles and best practices.
• Present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Strong background in UX design and user research.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in UX design.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
• A strong portfolio of enterprise applications.
