About the position

The UI/UX Designer will work within a high-quality design group in the digital department, focusing on creating innovative digital solutions. This role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and team members, utilizing a lean, start-up mentality to bring new concepts to market. The designer will advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints, ensuring high-quality design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps) and tools to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints.
• Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent (3+ years experience in User experience) or equivalent, with a UX program specific certification.
• Masters degree with 3+ years experience.
• Heavy attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Production ready designs experience, doing both conceptual and production ready designs.
• Ability to support the research team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in working with multiple data streams.
• Knowledge of component management and condition monitoring.
• Enterprise related and not ecommerce experience.
• Experience with enterprise B2B experience and not a customer facing tool.
