Job Description: As the lead UI/UX Designer , you will be instrumental in shaping a first-of-its-kind user experience and interface of our AI-powered wealth management platform. Working closely with the entire team, you will utilize your expertise in UI/UX design, along with your knowledge of the fintech domain and proficiency in Webflow (nice to have). Your objective will be to enhance the usability, functionality, and visual appeal of our product, as well as our website, marketing collateral, branding and other design needs as they arise. Responsibilities : Collaborate with the founders, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user needs, business requirements, and design objectives. Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups. Develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and engagement. Implement best practices in UI/UX design, interaction design, and information architecture to deliver an exceptional user experience. Utilize analytics and user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimize the user journey. Create informative and visually appealing infographics and marketing materials to communicate complex financial concepts and investment details effectively. Design and optimize web pages to enhance user acquisition, retention, and conversion, ensuring a seamless and engaging browsing experience. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design reviews to gather feedback and refine designs. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (especially AI), and design innovations to continually enhance the company's platform. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design. Experience building and managing design systems. Proficiency in Figma. Expertise in Webflow or similar no-code/low-code platforms for designing and developing responsive web interfaces. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and usability best practices. Experience in the fintech domain or with financial products/services is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively. Proven track record of collaborating effectively in a cross-functional team environment, particularly with engineering teams. Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional user experiences, with a keen interest in new AI-driven design approaches.
