About the position
The UI/UX Designer position at MSys Inc. focuses on creating, testing, and refining user interface designs for web and mobile applications. This hybrid role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and improve the user experience design process. The designer will be responsible for implementing UX/UI requirements, conducting usability tests, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create, test, and refine user interface designs for web and mobile applications.
- Implement, perform, document, and track UX/UI requirements and usability test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and requirements.
- Provide continuous improvements to the user experience design process.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Assist in project/task effort estimation and schedule planning.
- Engage in learning and improving processes to develop high-quality products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.
- 3+ years of proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- 2+ years of experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum methodology (preferred).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
