About the position

The UI/UX Developer - Angular is responsible for enhancing user experience across websites and software applications. This role involves monitoring user interactions, conducting usability tests, and collaborating with IT professionals to refine digital experiences. The developer will create customized user experiences and produce high-quality design solutions while staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor user experience and ensure ease of use for websites and software programs.
• Review user feedback to identify potential defects or areas for clarity.
• Collaborate with IT professionals and company personnel to refine user experience.
• Conduct usability tests on software products or website features to ensure functionality.
• Identify target user groups and conduct interviews to understand user needs.
• Create and implement customized experiences for digital users.
• Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps.
• Provide guidance on UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.
• Maintain a competitive edge against competitor products and industry trends.
• Perform tests on user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages, and banners.

Requirements

• Experience in UI/UX design with a focus on Angular applications.
• Strong understanding of user psychology and product specifications.
• Proficiency in creating flow diagrams, graphic designs, and storyboards.
• Ability to conduct usability tests and analyze user feedback.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
