About the position

The UI/UX Developer III position at Procom Services involves leading the development of next-generation digital workplace technologies for a utility client. The role focuses on creating and enhancing mobile and web user interfaces, ensuring exceptional user experiences while collaborating with business and technology end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end programming and will work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business and technology end-users to develop holistic solutions for ongoing projects.
• Create and enhance mobile and web user interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences.
• Utilize strong hands-on programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, or Angular on LAMP/MEAN/MERN stacks.
• Develop conceptual and detailed design solutions based on end-user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ensure all user interfaces comply with ADA standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED minimum; higher education preferred.
• Extensive experience in front-end web application development.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language—Java, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, or Angular—on LAMP/MEAN/MERN stacks.
• Experience in creating conceptual and detailed design solutions tailored to end-user requirements.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, SharePoint, and WordPress CMS is a plus.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ADA compliance, proficiency in Adobe AEM, and UI front-end development.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, REST API, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate (formerly known as Flow).
• Familiarity with CSS3, ESQL, SQL, Java, HTML5, MEAN Stack, ReactJS, React Native, user interface design, and Vue.js.
• Keen understanding of modern web technology stacks, especially front-end programming.
