About The Position

NFF, Inc. is seeking a User Experience (UX) Project Lead to enhance the digital hiring experience for both internal and external users for a key client in Washington, DC. This role involves leading the design and implementation of improvements to the hiring process, collaborating with various stakeholders including developers and PeopleSoft experts. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively communicating and building relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
• 10+ years' experience leading projects in compliance with established standards/procedures.
• 10+ years' experience in creative direction and design.
• 7+ years' experience in brand strategy and storytelling.
• 7+ years' experience in Web and mobile UI/UX.
• 7+ years' experience in UI/UX services for human services applications.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale transformation involving multiple stakeholders and agencies.
• Utilize existing research and collect new data to inform the redesign of the digital hiring system.
• Conduct usability testing to identify pain points for job applicants and hiring staff.
• Create site maps, flow diagrams, storyboards, and wireframes to improve the hiring experience.
• Support the PeopleSoft expert in prioritizing and implementing system changes based on user research.
• Design a seamless and efficient hiring process for both front and back-end users.
• Implement UX and UI changes to the hiring website in collaboration with the customer.
• Apply a UI style guide to create visual designs for all pages on the website within the PeopleSoft system.
