About the position

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to transform our software into user-friendly products for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components that enhance the user experience. Your primary goal will be to create both functional and visually appealing features that meet our clients' needs and contribute to the growth of our customer base. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to evaluate user requirements and illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. You will design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets, and build page navigation buttons and search fields. Additionally, you will develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate how our sites function and look. Your creativity will shine as you create original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables. You will prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, ensuring that your designs align with user feedback. Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems, such as responsiveness issues, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and adhere to established style standards regarding fonts, colors, and images.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • 3+ years of developer/design work
  • Portfolio of design projects
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills
  • BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
