Responsibilities

  • Design and implement visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Support the enterprise design, collaborating with the design team to implement visually appealing interfaces.
  • Translate Figma designs into components and design within React.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Develop and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX Designer when conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Analyze user behavior and metrics to inform design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Embrace Agile and LeSS methodologies to deliver incremental value to clients, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Update and refine components based on evolving design trends and user feedback.
  • Ensure that designs are responsive and work seamlessly across different browsers and operating systems.
  • Adapt designs for accessibility, ensuring a positive experience for all users.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and come up with new ideas for product features.
